Andrew Fleming

I’ve lived in Seattle since 1990 and draw in the Silver Age American comic book style. While I work almost entirely digitally, my process is grounded in traditional techniques and closely mimics an analog workflow.

Many of the character designs featured here began as pencil sketches made during my daily commute on the Tokyo rail system, back when I was teaching in Japan. I’ve since been inking my favorites—many of which inhabit my imagined universe known as Cube World.
